Especially, our high-purity graphite material contains less than 3ppm ash content and is widely used in heaters and crucibles, for drawing single crystal silicon, and for liquid-phase epitaxial growth in semiconductor manufacturing processes. In addition, graphite product suppliers are renowned worldwide as sensors for epitaxial growth and other fixtures.
The global solar photovoltaic industry has an average annual growth rate of 40%, with China accounting for 70% of the world's total, making it a global leader in the solar photovoltaic industry. In 2011, the industry consumed over 23000 tons of high-grade graphite materials, and it is expected that the demand for high-purity graphite materials in monocrystalline silicon and polycrystalline silicon in the photovoltaic industry will grow at a rate of 20% to 25% per year in the future. At present, China's graphite industry is still at a low level in the world, with products mainly consisting of raw materials and primary processed products. The high impurity content in the products limits their application.
